SolWo MBC - Magnetic blade control SolWo MBC 101 has been developed in co-operation with Finnish sawing industry. Our partner is one of the leading Finnish sawing companies. Product development has been succesfully completed and product deliveries have started in early 2006. MBC 101 is a magnetic blade control system for one- or two-blade band saws in timber sawing. It is compatible for both existing and new band saws. SolWo MBC 102 is upgraded version of the MBC 101 with improved blade control capabilities. The first devices of the 102 generation were assembled to production usage in 2007. SolWo MBC 103 is the latest version of the MBC technology. The first MBC 103 unit was taken into production use in 2008. |

SolWo BPT - Blade position tracking SolWo BPT is the software system used together with MBC units. It gives detailed information about the saw blade movement in realtime and also it is used to control and monitor the MBC unit itself. Besides the computer client software the BPT also includes mobile clients to monitor sawing from all Java-capable mobile devices in realtime.
